Jeff Horner

Jeff Horner is Warren's senior partner and vice president of operations having joined the team in 1999. Jeff's academic grounding in the scientific method coupled with a tenured understanding of Warren's client-first philosophy, allows him to confidently guide the team using time-proven methods that Jeff himself worked tirelessly to help develop. Jeff continues to study and evaluate new technology and its appropriateness for the clients.
