Warren-Trumbull County Public Library
Sarah Amazing has been working at Warren-Trumbull County Public Library since September 2007. Sarah currently holds the position of Teen Services Department Manager, where Sarah oversees the development of teen services mission and advocates for teen patrons. Sarah manages staff, curates media collections, coordinates programming, and creates marketing strategies for teens. Prior to this role, Sarah served as a Teen Services Supervisor and Teen Librarian within the same library system. Sarah also works as a Teen/Reference Librarian and runs their own teen services blog called Zen & The Art of Teen Services. Sarah holds a Master of Library & Information Science degree with a focus on Youth Services.

The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library's mission is to enhance lives by connecting people and ideas. The library system includes a Main Library and five branch libraries; a Bookmobile that travels throughout Trumbull County; outreach services to homebound individuals, daycares, and preschools; and a virtual branch open 24/7 through a website at www.WTCPL.org. CONNECTIONS TO ENDLESS EXPLORATION - The W-TCPL is dedicated to providing access to materials and services to meet the informational, cultural, and educational needs of the residents of Trumbull County. Library customers can borrow books, movies on DVD, music CDs, magazines, audiobooks, and electronic resources. A library card is free to anyone who lives, works, or attends school in Ohio. Library cardholders can download and enjoy digital content such as e-books and e-audiobooks and digital movies and music on their personal eReader, smartphone, or tablet at no cost. The library system offers a full schedule of guest speakers, early literacy sessions, and discussion groups at free programming throughout the year. CONNECTIONS TO GROW YOUR SKILLS - The W-TCPL has Internet-accessible computers available for public use at each of its six locations. A variety of free computer classes on topics from computer basics and word processing to social media platforms and online databases are offered at most library locations. CONNECTIONS TO BUSINESS RESOURCES - The W-TCPL offers access to dozens of online resources including databases, directories, videos, tutorials, and research guides on topics ranging from business and health to motor vehicle repair. CONNECTIONS TO YOUR FAMILY HISTORY - The Local History & Genealogy Center located in the Main Library in Warren contains research materials and maintains an online photo archive at www.trumbullmemory.org. Free genealogy classes are offered at several library locations to teach helpful tools for those interested in researching their family tree.
