Justin Stoller

Justin Stoller has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving at Warrenton Oil Company since November 2022. Prior to this role, Justin was the Human Resources Manager at Champion Precast Inc from June 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included new employee orientations, HRIS management, and safety report preparation. Justin also held the position of Human Resources Generalist at the City of St. Charles MO from November 2012 to March 2017, managing various HR tasks including open enrollment assistance and COBRA administration. Early HR experience included a role as Generalist at CIT Group, Inc. and as Course Manager at Southern Illinois University, where Justin taught while pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Education includes a Master’s and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Automotive Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University and an Associate degree from Parkland College.
