Michelle Greenwood

Michelle Greenwood has extensive experience in safeguarding and quality assurance within the health and social care sector, currently serving as the Head of Safeguarding and Quality Assurance at Warrington Borough Council since May 2015. Prior roles at the same organization include Interim Head of Safeguarding and Quality Assurance and Service Manager for Safeguarding, Assurance, and Quality. Michelle's career spans various positions in different councils, including Quality Consultant at Knowsley Council and Development and Quality Team Manager at Wigan Council, alongside self-employment as a Care and Support Consultant. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Health and Social Care from the University of Lancashire, an NVQ4 in Supply Chain Management from St Helens College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
