Dave McNicholl

Dave McNicholl is an experienced leader in youth services, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Warrington Youth Zone since its opening in July 2022, following a notable tenure as Chief Executive Officer and Senior Manager at Warrington Youth Club from 2009 to January 2023. McNicholl's career began as a Playworker and Youth Worker at The Venture, followed by roles as a Youth Development Worker and Trainer at Youth Federation and a Consultant Trainer at UK Youth. With a BA Hons in Youth and Community Education from North East Wales Institute of Higher Education, McNicholl has dedicated over two decades to supporting children and young people through various initiatives and training programs.
