Alan H. Schumacher

Alan H. Schumacher has served as one of our directors since April 2017. Mr. Schumacher worked for 23 years at American National Can Corporation and American National Can Group, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1997 until his retirement in 2000, and Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from 1985 to 1996. Mr. Schumacher has served on the board of directors of Albertsons Companies, Inc. (NYSE listed under “ABS”) since March 2015, BlueLinx Holdings Inc. (NYSE listed under “BXC”) since 2004, Blue Bird Corporation (NASDAQ listed under “BLBD”) since 2008 and EVERTEC, Inc. (NYSE listed under “EVTC”) since 2013. He also served as a director of other companies, including Noranda Aluminum Holding Corporation (formerly NYSE listed under “NOR”) from 2008 to November 2016 and Quality Distribution, Inc. from 2004 to August 2015. Mr. Schumacher was a member of the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board from 2002 through June 2012. Mr. Schumacher graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and received his Master of Business Administration degree from Roosevelt University.

Mr. Schumacher has experience as a director on the boards of several public companies and has extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and internal controls.
