Jon Redmond

Jon Redmond is a seasoned advisor, co-founder, and partner at WarriorFunds OZ, where efforts focus on integrating military experience into management consulting to address strategic and operational challenges. Redmond serves on the Board of Directors for Adler Graduate School and previously held the role of VP of Veterans' Engagement at NightWare, promoting digital therapeutics for veterans suffering from PTSD and Nightmare Disorder. As Chief Operating Officer at TeamMD, Redmond advanced integrated care models for vulnerable populations. Experience includes serving as an Executive in Residence at UnitedHealth Group Ventures and leading global strategy and marketing at Honeywell's Automation & Control Solutions. Prior to these roles, Redmond was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group and held the position of Captain in the US Army, where leadership and operational planning were key responsibilities. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Physics and Nuclear Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
