Angel L Lugo, LFACHE has extensive experience in leadership and management roles in various organizations. Angel L currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Warriors Heart, a treatment center for addiction and PTSD. In this role, they focus on strategic planning, compliance, executive coaching, and outreach. Angel L has successfully led the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record system and played a key role in accreditation and licensing renewals. Prior to this, Angel was the CEO of Lugo Vantage Solutions, LLC, a management consulting company specializing in health and logistics services in the federal and state sectors. Angel L has also served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at MVLE, Inc, a nonprofit organization supporting people with disabilities, and has volunteered in various initiatives to provide job placement and support services for veterans. Angel L Lugo, LFACHE completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Hispanic Literature at Rutgers University, where they attended from 1977 to 1982.
