Krzysztof S. Ogonowski

Krzysztof S. Ogonowski is the CEO and President of the Board at Silfra Consulting, a member of BPI Group and PROSCI partner in Poland and the Czech Republic, holding this position since 2003. Since 2010, Krzysztof has served as the Vice President of BPI Polska, overseeing operations and leading the Change Management Department, with the role of CEO being assumed in 2012. Additionally, Krzysztof is the CEO of the Association of Change Management Professionals since June 2012 and has been a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics for postgraduate studies in Project Management and Managerial Skills Development since 1995. Previously, Krzysztof co-owned and trained at Euro Expert from 1999 to 2004. Krzysztof obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and studied law at the University of Warsaw.
