Joy Skinner is the current administrative assistant at Wartburg College. Joy has previous experience in customer service, account management, and production assistance. Skinner began their career in 2006 as an intern with Around the Corner Productions Ltd. Joy then worked as a production assistant with KWWL from May 2005 to March 2008. In February 2008, they began working as a teller for Wells Fargo and continued in that position until January 2009 when they accepted a position as an executive account manager with GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Joy worked with GMAC until February 2013 when they left to become a consumer ombudsman/account analyst with Ocwen Financial Corporation - US. Joy remained in that position until September 2016 when they took their current position at Wartburg College.
