Imran Tahir

Imran Tahir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, operations, and business development within the energy and marine sectors. Currently serving as Senior Sales Account Manager at Wärtsilä in Jeddah since 2014, Imran oversees a diverse sales portfolio, including operations and maintenance service agreements, upgrade projects, and power solutions across various industries such as marine, oil and gas, and government agencies. Prior to Wärtsilä, Imran held the position of Assistant Manager Industrial Sales at Saudi Total Lubricants Company, managing industrial sales in the Eastern Region and developing new business opportunities. Imran's earlier career includes significant roles at Shell, including Distribution Business Analyst and Terminal Operations Engineer, where contributions led to improved operational excellence and safety standards. Imran holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology.
