Per Abrahamsen is passionate about developing clean fuel solutions and efficient gas process systems for the marine industry. They earned a degree in Engineering Mechanics from Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) between 1993 and 1997. Per's career includes experience as a Pump Design Engineer at Hamworthy Pumps Systems from 1999 to 2003, followed by roles as Engineering Manager and Project Manager at Hamworthy Gas Systems from 2003 to 2007, and as Engineering Manager/Chief Design Engineer at Hamworthy Pumps from 2007 to 2010. They served as Technical Advisor and Product Owner at Wärtsilä i Norge from 2010 to 2019, later becoming Assistant General Manager at Gas Technology Development in 2019-2020. Currently, Per is the Solution Owner for LNG at Wärtsilä since 2022.
