Walter Reggente

Walter Reggente currently serves as Vice President of Gas Solutions in Marine Systems at Wärtsilä since July 2020, overseeing a department of 270 professionals across the Mediterranean region. Prior to this, Walter held various leadership positions within Wärtsilä, including Director of Wärtsilä Entertainment, where responsibilities included managing a Business Unit of 170 employees focused on entertainment systems for cruise ships and theme parks. Walter's career spans several decades, beginning as a 1st Engineer and Chief Engineer at Tripcovich srl, with progressive roles at Wärtsilä starting in 1996. Educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership Development program from IMD, a finance course from SDA Bocconi, a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engines, and ongoing studies at Cranfield University in Leading Business.
