Brad Downs

Brad Downs currently serves as the Vice President of Construction at Warwick Construction, Inc., a position they have held since 2013. Previously, they were the Vice President and General Counsel at the same company from 2007 to 2013 and worked as General Counsel at Certified Companies from 1999 to 2002. Brad earned a JD from South Texas College of Law Houston between 1994 and 1997, following a BBA in General Business from Lamar University, completed in 1994. They are committed to community leadership and believe in leading by a "good" example.
