Tim Bathke

Tim Bathke is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in asset management and hotel operations. Currently serving as Corporate Asset Manager and Task Force General Manager for Warwick Hotels and Resorts since October 2011, Tim oversees asset management for six US hotels and a Bahamas resort, handling maintenance, capital planning, and quality assurance. Previous roles include General Manager of the Warwick Allerton - Chicago and Area General Manager for Warwick Hotels in the Fiji Islands, where Tim managed operations, sales, and projects. Tim's earlier experience includes general manager positions at Prima Hotels & Restaurants and extensive operational management at Extended Stay America.
