Andrew Chrysostomou

Senior Managing Director, UK at Warwick Investment Group

Andrew Chrysostomou is the UK Senior Managing Director for Warwick Investment Group’s London Real Estate Team. In his role, Andrew is responsible for all aspects of the deal lifecycle, including the sourcing and vetting of investment opportunities, managing the due diligence process, conducting detailed financial modelling and monitoring investments post-acquisition.

Andrew’s 15+ years’ experience in the UK property market covers multiple asset classes across both debt and equity investments. Most recently, Andrew was Senior Managing Director at Christian Candy’s CPC Group, specialising in direct ground up developments, JV equity investments and principal lending. Andrew served on the investment committee for CPC Group and its related group companies.

Prior to CPC, Andrew was Investment Director at Oxford Properties, the real estate arm of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS), the C$100 billion Canadian Pension Plan. Andrew was a founding member of the Oxford Properties European team and was involved in three development partnerships with British Land, Brookfield and The Crown Estate, the acquisition of five central London office investments and a large South Eastern England office park.

Andrew started his career with the Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Finance team, where he arranged in excess of £3bn of debt and equity for both office and retail investments projects across the UK.

Andrew graduated from Cass Business School with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance. He is also a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
