Jeremy Jordan is a skilled professional with a diverse range of work experience. Jeremy is currently serving as the IS Security Operations Manager at UMass Memorial Health since February 2019. Prior to this, Jeremy worked as a Community Service Officer (CSO) at the Warwick Police Department, where they assisted the Traffic Unit with traffic control for various events.

In 2011, Jeremy pursued further education at the University of Rhode Island, where they completed a Graduate Certificate in Digital Forensics from 2011 to 2013. Jeremy continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from 2013 to 2014, with a specialization in the Digital Forensics and Cyber Security Center.

Aside from their academic achievements, Jeremy Jordan has obtained various certifications. In March 2013, they became a Certified Refuse To Be A Victim (RTBAV) Instructor. In July 2012, they became an AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE). Additionally, in August 2015, Jeremy obtained an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. In March 2018, they became Lean Yellow Belt Certified.
