Luma Saqqaf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainable finance and ethical luxury fashion. Currently serving as Director for the Middle East, Africa, and India at Principles for Responsible Investment since March 2024, Luma leads initiatives in promoting responsible ownership among global investors. Luma is also an active member of WAS (Women Action Sustainability), advocating for the integration of sustainability in decision-making processes. Previously, Luma held leadership roles as Chief Executive Officer at Ajyal Sustainability Consulting and Founder and Creative Director at BYLUMA, an ethical luxury women's wear brand. Additional experience includes serving as Director at Mila Fibres SL and holding legal positions at Linklaters and Allen & Overy, with early career beginnings as a Lawyer at the law office of Hussein Mujalli.
