Natalia Sierra Conde Saraiva Carvalho currently serves as the Strategy & Chief Policy Officer at AMBI WASTE SERVICES S.L.U. since January 2023. With extensive experience in environmental policy and law, Natalia has held the position of Chair of the Policy Working Group at EucoLight since October 2015 and has chaired the Regulatory Committee of Women Action Sustainability since March 2022. Prior to AMBI WASTE, Natalia directed strategy and institutional affairs at AMBILAMP from 2005 to 2023, where responsibilities included establishing and managing the Strategy & Public Affairs Department. Previous legal consultancy roles at Jiménez de Parga Abogados and Practica Medio Ambiente S.L. provided environmental legal counsel to various administrations and companies. Natalia holds multiple degrees in law and public affairs, including a Law Degree from Universidad CEU San Pablo and a European Master’s Degree in Law and Economics from the University of Hamburg and the University of Vienna.
