Teona Mikadze

Teona Mikadze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, finance, and education. As the Founder and Lead Consultant at Tara Consulting since June 2013, Teona implemented projects for prominent organizations including the Asian Development Bank and the Government of Georgia. Teona currently serves as an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board at Terabank and a Member of Women Action Sustainability. Previously, Teona held the position of Senior International Consultant at IPC, focusing on development finance projects with reputable financial institutions. Teona's background also includes roles in strategic planning and marketing at various banks, and academic contributions as a Visiting Professor. Teona holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from IE Business School and a Master's in International Economics from Georgian Technical University.
