Eric Silva is an experienced operations and training professional with a career spanning over 15 years in the hospitality and food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Wasabi Sushi & Bento, Eric has held significant roles at various organizations including Gregorys Coffee as Operations Excellence Coordinator and The Halal Guys Inc. as Senior Director of Training & Operations.
