Rhys Jones

Rhys Jones has extensive experience in the technical management field. Their most recent position was as Head of Technical at Wasabi Sushi & Bento, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Manager at Pilgrim's Food Masters from September 2021 to August 2023. Before that, they held the same position at Kerry Foods from June 2017 to September 2021. Rhys also worked as an Interim QA Manager at The Source in 2017. Rhys was the Group Quality Technical Manager at 2 SISTERS RED MEAT LIMITED from October 2014 to January 2017. Prior to that, they held various Technical Manager roles at CIG CALON CYMRU 2010 CYF, Memory Lane Cakes, and Serious foods. Rhys has a breadth of experience in the food industry and has demonstrated their expertise in managing technical operations.

Rhys Jones attended the University of Glamorgan from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Additionally, they have certifications in "Managing Safety" from IOSH, obtained in June 2015, and "FSSC Auditor/Lead Auditor" from Campden BRI, obtained in May 2015. Rhys also has an "Intermediate HACCP" certification from the British Retail Consortium, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
