Eugene Robin

Eugene Robin, CFA, is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in equity research and portfolio management. Currently serving as an Equity Research Analyst at Wasatch Global Investors since August 2023, Eugene previously held the position of Portfolio Manager at Bird Dog Capital Management, focusing on a concentrated microcap strategy. Additional experience includes significant roles as a Board Member and Chairman of the Compensation Committee at Research Solutions, and as a Portfolio Manager at Cove Street Capital, where Eugene managed concentrated portfolios to enhance performance. Eugene's career also includes pivotal positions at VerifyMe, Inc. and Proton Capital LLC, where responsibilities ranged from audit oversight to in-depth investment analysis and due diligence on private investments. Eugene's technical foundation is complemented by an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Computer Science from UC San Diego.
