Maria Hill is the Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Care Management for Intermountain Healthcare. Her primary responsibility in this role is oversight of care management functions across all divisions including Hospitals, Medical Groups, and SelectHealth. Maria has more than 30 years of experience with corporate, academic, and community-based health systems, where she was instrumental in the development and implementation of care management methodologies. Her work in the continuum of health care service is focused on delivering the best practice and results in value-based payment arrangements including Bundled Payment, Accountable Care Organizations, and Medicare Advantage Plans. She is trained as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Chronic Care. Her work in Lean Design and 6 Sigma assists her in achieving excellent results in quality, cost of care, and service excellence.
