Erik Perales

Erik Perales is an experienced professional with a strong background in industrial engineering and team management. Currently serving as a Supervisor for Production and Continuous Improvement at WASH since June 2021, Erik has also held previous positions as an Industrial Engineer and Associate Industrial Engineer. Prior to this role, Erik was involved in the family business, Perales Detail Company, as a Car Detailing Technician from July 2009 to January 2022, where a focus on customer experience and physical labor was essential. Erik gained valuable experience as a Quality Engineering Intern at German Machined Products, Inc. in summer 2019, where innovative methodologies were created to enhance inspection efficiency. Earlier work history includes serving as a Mover for United Van Lines, responsible for the safe transportation of client property. Erik holds educational credentials from California State University, Long Beach, and California State University-Dominguez Hills.
