Serena Hannaford has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Serena started their career as a Strategic Accounts Specialist at WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems in May 2012, where they focused on managing client relationships. In December 2013, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst - Enterprise Systems, utilizing their analytical skills to support the company's operations. After that, they were promoted to the position of North American Division Manager - Client Relations in August 2015, overseeing client relations for the company's operations in North America. From September 2018, Serena assumed the role of Director of Business Operations, leading key business initiatives. Prior to their time at WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, Serena served as an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Long Beach from August 2010 to December 2013, where they designed and delivered instructional seminars and workshops to enhance students' communication skills.
Serena Hannaford received their Master's Degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to their master's degree, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Studies at the same university, from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, Serena obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in November 2019.
