Michele Jacobs

Michele Jacobs has extensive experience in guest services and customer care, currently serving as a Guest Service Representative for the Minnesota Twins since January 2017 and a Pet Care Professional at Rover.com since April 2023. With a long-standing career at Washburn-McReavy, beginning in April 2005, Michele has specialized as a Pre-Arrangement Specialist, guiding families through the funeral planning process and educating them about the benefits of advance planning. Additionally, Michele has held administrative roles in sales, including as an Insurance Agent and Family Service Specialist. Michele is an alumnus of Edison High School and the University of Minnesota.
