Washburn Computer Group is a full-service DEPOT REPAIR CENTER. Our in-house team of US-based technicians reconditions a wide variety of equipment for Retail, Supermarket, Hospitality, Commercial, Grocery, and Restaurant industries. Washburn offers new and refurbished sales, and repair services for both large and small point-of-sale (POS) service companies, as well as retail end users. Our technicians can repair everything from front lane POS systems, self-checkout systems, backroom servers, headquarters workstations, PCs, and personal laptops, to individual components such as LCD monitors, printers, keyboards, scanners, displays, and cash drawers. We service all major brands, including IBM, NCR, DELL, HP, FUJITSU, PSC, MAGELLAN, EPSON, AXIOHN, TPG, CISCO, RADIANT, VIEWSONIC, NEC, POSIFLEX, MICROS, METROLOGIC, and HONEYWELL. Washburn is one of the only repair centers in the country capable of handling component-level repair, including SMT and BGA component replacements. Our staff includes certified IPC trainers, and our board-level solder work is performed by certified technicians. Our in-house hard drive shredder can process thousands of hard drives per day.
