Anne Remington

Anne Remington currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Washington and Lee University, a position held since April 2013, after progressing through various roles including Assistant Director of Talent Recruitment and Work-Life Coordinator. In this capacity, Anne manages programs aimed at enhancing work-life balance for university employees, covering areas such as wellness programming and dual career counseling. Prior to this, Anne operated as a Counselor in private practice and as a Mental Health & Substance Abuse Clinician at Rockbridge Area Community Services, where responsibilities included adult outpatient counseling and crisis intervention services. Anne holds an MA and EdS in Clinical Counseling from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Hollins University.
