Heidi Bustos

Heidi Bustos, M.S., currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Leadership at Washington and Lee University, where responsibilities include supporting first-generation and low-income students and mentoring AIM Scholars. Previously, Heidi held the role of Assistant Director of Inclusion and Engagement, focusing on advocacy and inclusive practices for first-generation college students and managing the OIE Ambassador Program. Prior experience includes significant roles at Mary Baldwin University as Title IX Coordinator and Residence Hall Director for the Program for the Exceptionally Gifted, along with positions at Northwestern University, City Year Chicago, and Davidson College. Heidi holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Mary Baldwin University and is pursuing a PhD in Education at Virginia Commonwealth University.
