Jacob Teer

Jacob Teer currently serves as the Outing Club Shift Lead at Washington and Lee University, promoting a safe and inclusive recreational environment while overseeing teams of student employees. As Traveller Transit Chair, Jacob manages a late-night safe ride service, supervising a large team and ensuring safety during high-pressure situations. Prior experiences include leading outdoor trips as a Trip Leader for Apogee Adventures, participating in conservation efforts with The Nature Conservancy, and holding various customer service roles. Jacob has demonstrated leadership, training, and safety enforcement throughout multiple roles in diverse environments.
