Crystal Perkins

Crystal Perkins is an experienced professional currently serving as the People Operations Lead at Rec Room since July 2021, contributing to the company's mission of inclusivity within a social gaming platform. Crystal also holds significant roles as a Board of Governors member and Programs Board Chair at the Washington Athletic Club since September 2020, and as a Board Member for ZGiRLS, focusing on empowering young girls. Prior experience includes Director of Operations/General Manager at Pacific Construction Management & Consulting from 2012 to 2021, and ownership of Perkins Legal Practice, specializing in personal injury, business formation, and copyright law from 2006 to 2012. Crystal's earlier roles include CEO and Founder of AdVolt Media, Business & Legal Specialist at LexisNexis, and General Liability at Nordstrom Risk Management, among others. Crystal holds a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Washington, with additional studies in International Business Law in Rome.
