Suzana Sakay, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Business Excellence & Development at Washington Athletic Club since February 2011, where initiatives have turned operations into profitable centers across multiple functional areas. In addition, Suzana is a Lecturer in the School of Business at the University of Washington, teaching courses in the Retail Management program. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration focused on Technology and Innovation, and a degree in Global Policy Studies from the University of Washington. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director at InSpa Corporation, where strategic tactics enhanced productivity and customer retention during critical growth phases.
