Stephen Rutgers is the Owner of Crush Bar and a Principal Agent & Realtor at Compass. Stephen is the Team lead and co-founder of the Rutstein Group of Compass, named Top Producing Team by Washingtonian Magazine from 2016 to 2022. In the past, Stephen has held roles such as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Washington Blade and Vice President at Urban Neighborhood Alliance. Stephen also has experience in event management and sports management, having obtained degrees in Sport & Event Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
