Christina Araujo

Christina Araujo is the Director of Finance at Washington Capital Partners, bringing over a decade of experience in the finance sector. As the Director of Finance since 2016, she oversees all aspects of the organization’s complex financial infrastructure and drives financial planning and strategies. She oversees all departmental budgets, audits, and internal control processes, manages relationships with investors and partners, and supervises the accounting and servicing personnel.

Christina joined Washington Capital Partners in August of 2013 as the Accounting Manager where she managed all of the company’s accounting and HR operations and introduced the company’s first internal controls. She was responsible for starting the company financials and working with both large and small external companies, providing leadership and guidance through long-term and short-term goal-setting and execution.

Previously, Christina Araujo was the Senior Accountant of Swisscom North America, a large international company based in Geneva. She was an integral part of the company during a period of rapid growth in which Swisscom North America added tens of millions of dollars in new annual revenue.

When she’s not busy transforming financial bottlenecks into streamlined processes, she can be found spending time with her family.
