Jared Fausnaught

Jared was employee #4, the first salesperson, and an early contributor to the culture and direction of Washington Capital Partners. Under his leadership as Director of Sales, WCP grew from ~$20MM in 2015 to over $365MM in sales as of 2019, gaining attention in the industry and landing the company on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in the US. WCP was also recently recognized as #22 of the 75 fastest growing companies in Washington, DC.

Today Jared is responsible for managing and driving sales growth and overall portfolio strategy. As part of WCP’s executive team, he plays additional supporting roles in marketing, operations, fund management, and capital markets.

An operator at heart, he has been a part of the acquisition, construction, and sale of over $250MM in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Additionally, Jared has overseen the origination of $750MM+ of commercial development loans, having personally originated over 1,000 loans and is recognized as one of the Nation’s leading experts in the real estate lending space.
