Hanan al-Zubaidy

Hanan Al-Zubaidy serves as the Corrections Education Program Administrator at the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges since March 2022. Previously, Hanan held the position of Director of Education at Clark College from November 2018 to March 2022, overseeing educational initiatives at the Larch Corrections Center. Hanan's experience also includes roles as a Corrections Education Navigator and a student intern focused on re-entry programs and tutoring. Earlier professional experiences include working as a Program Assistant at Portland Montessori Academy, an Orientation Leader at Portland State University, and customer service at JCPenney. Hanan holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy - Postsecondary Adult Continuing Education and a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Portland State University.
