Joe Carl

Joe Carl is an accomplished Solutions Specialist at the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges since July 2017, with expertise in Student Records, Academic Advisement, and Student Financials. Previously, Joe served in various capacities at Ciber from October 2013 to June 2017, where Joe was the lead consultant for the Campus Solutions functional team focusing on Student Records and Academic Advising. At Capella University from May 2008 to July 2013, Joe worked as a Business Analyst, implementing PeopleSoft Campus Solutions functionalities and designing technical specifications. Joe’s career began at Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, where Joe held multiple roles from 1999 to 2007, culminating in the position of Manager of Information Systems. Joe Carl pursued education at the University of Minnesota between 2001 and 2002.
