Ron Jacaban has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Vice-President of Education for the Oregon Conference of Seventh-day Adventists since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ron held significant positions at the Washington Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, including Principal and Associate Superintendent, starting in July 2016. Ron served as Principal at the Upper Columbia Conference of SDA from June 2010 to June 2016 and began as Principal/Teacher at Tillamook Adventist School in August 2003, transitioning to the principal role after two years of teaching. Earlier career experience includes a management role at Napa Valley Register from November 1998 to January 2003, where Ron was promoted to oversee a majority of the newspaper's circulation. Ron holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Walla Walla University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Pacific Union College.
