With over 10 years of experience in Energy and Environment consulting, specializing in policy and business strategies for the energy sector in the U.S. Prior to this, Matsune worked as a Research Assistant at East Carolina University and in Business Development for International Exchange Programs at JTB. Matsune holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Sciences from Waseda University and a Master of Business Administration in Management from East Carolina University.
