Aya Matsune

Aya Matsune has been with Washington CORE since February 2000, currently holding the position of Vice President. With over 10 years of experience in Energy and Environment consulting, specializing in policy and business strategies for the energy sector in the U.S. Prior to this, Matsune worked as a Research Assistant at East Carolina University and in Business Development for International Exchange Programs at JTB. Matsune holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Sciences from Waseda University and a Master of Business Administration in Management from East Carolina University.
