Artistic and Production Team

The Artistic and Production Team at Arena Stage spearheads the creative process behind every theatrical production. This team collaborates closely to select, develop, and produce innovative works that reflect America's diverse cultural landscape. Key roles include the Artistic Director, who guides the overall artistic vision; the Director, Production, who oversees the technical and logistical aspects of staging performances; and other specialists like the Draper and Casting Associate, who ensure that each production is artistically and technically cohesive. Together, they nurture new plays, support American artists, and engage the community through dynamic and thought-provoking theater.
