Torian H. is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in leadership and advocacy within educational associations. Currently serving as Uniserv Director for the Washington Education Association since October 2016, Torian H. focuses on membership recruitment, training local leadership, and managing grievances and arbitrations. Previously, as Labor Relations Consultant for the Ohio Education Association, responsibilities included protecting member rights and conducting administrative functions. Torian H. also held significant leadership positions within the Rutherford Education Association, managing a substantial budget and promoting professional development. With early career experience as a middle school social studies teacher and an Early Childhood Assessment Specialist, Torian H. has a strong foundation in education and advocacy. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in the Art of Teaching from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University.
