Phillip Carlisle

Phillip C. currently serves as the Director of Development at the Washington English Center, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Phillip C. accumulated significant experience at the American Society for Public Administration, where responsibilities included Director of Strategic Development and Advancement, Membership Manager, and Membership Coordinator from August 2017 to March 2022. Phillip C. holds a Master of Arts in English and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Brandeis University, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Music General (Harp) from Albion College, earned in 2015.
