Alexis Doyle is an experienced educator currently serving as an Associate First Grade Teacher and Associate Transition Teacher at Washington Episcopal School in Bethesda, Maryland, since June 2017. Alexis began a teaching career in this role, applying knowledge gained from studies at American University, where a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching was earned in 2019 and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching was completed in 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Summer Camp Counselor, supervising and engaging with rising kindergarteners, and student teaching in a first-grade classroom, as well as completing a practicum at Key Elementary School focused on fifth-grade Language Arts. Currently, Alexis is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction at Liberty University, with studies ongoing since June 2022.
