Amina DeVries is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and child development. Currently serving as a Teacher at Washington Episcopal School and an Education Assistant at Ottawa-Carleton District School Board since 2021, Amina has also worked in various capacities including Educational Therapist at Aspire Academy and Senior Residential Assistant at Upper Canada College. Amina's expertise encompasses developmental skills in reading, mathematics, hygiene, and social skills, alongside significant experience in planning and facilitating activities for children. Amina holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from McGill University and multiple undergraduate degrees in Sociology, Criminology/Sociology, and Multi-Cultural Human Services.
