Alireza Bani

Alireza Bani, Ph.D., MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in utility operations, project management, and data analytics. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Utility Operations and Customer Experience at Washington Gas since August 2023, Alireza previously held managerial roles at Capgemini, NiSource, and Exelon, where expertise in grid modernization, robotic process automation, and software project management was demonstrated. Alireza's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Ph.D. in Process Engineering from ETH Zürich, and degrees in Industrial Engineering and Process Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and Amirkabir University of Technology, respectively.
