Andrea Coughlin-Rowley

Andrea Coughlin Rowley is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In this role, Ms. Rowley is responsible for driving a positive, safe and engaging work environment that fosters diversity in the workforce and offers developmental opportunities and rewards for employees while delivering business results.

Ms. Rowley has more than 30 years of Human Resources experience across the utilities, energy, industrial, software and consumer sectors. She most recently held the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer and Chief Diversity Officer at Entergy Corporation. Her extensive experience also includes driving organizational and culture transformations to achieve business performance goals and focusing on talent acquisition, development, diversity and inclusion. In 2018, Ms. Rowley was named one of the top executives in corporate diversity by Black Enterprise.

Ms. Rowley has a passion for giving back, including volunteering for Junior Achievement, United Way and the John Cooper School Parents Forum as well as serving on the board of Montgomery County Youth Services. She is a graduate of the Ohio State University and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston.
