Tamara Neal

Tamara Neal is an experienced professional with a solid background in operations and customer service, currently serving as Manager of Operations Dispatch at Washington Gas since October 2012. Previously, Tamara held various positions at Verizon, including Service Technician and Outside Plant Technician, where skills in technical report interpretation, project management, and installation of telecommunications infrastructure were demonstrated. Earlier experience includes an Outpatient Assistant role at Georgetown University Hospital, emphasizing customer service and billing operations management. Tamara is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies at the University of Maryland Global Campus, with additional education in Construction Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
