Michael Hawker

Mr. Hawker has been a Non-executive Director since 2012. He is Chairman of the Nomination and Risk Committees and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Mr. Hawker is a professional company director with over 30 years of experience in financial markets and investment. He was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Insurance Australia Group from 2001 to 2008. From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Hawker held a range of positions at Westpac, including Group Executive of Business and Consumer Banking and General Manager of Financial Markets.
