Thomas Millner

Mr. Millner has been a non-executive Director since 2011. He is a member of the Nomination, Remuneration, and Risk Committees. Mr. Millner is a Director and Portfolio Manager of Contact Asset Management Pty Limited which is the manager of BKI Investment Company Limited (ASX: BKI) and the Contact Australian Ex-50 Fund. Mr. Millner’s experience includes 19 years within the financial services industry, including 17 years in active portfolio management of Australian equities; 9 years as a CEO of an Australian listed company, BKI; and 10 years as a Director of Australian listed companies. Mr. Millner has a Bachelor of Industrial Design degree and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
